Chief Executive Officer
Eric
Boehnke
Mr. Boehnke has been the principal of Big Sky Management Ltd., a private company providing corporate finance services to private and public companies, since 1996.
He is a founder of Terrace Energy, where he served as CEO from June 2011 through October 2013 and currently serves as the Executive Vice-Chairman. During this time Mr. Boehnke was involved in raising in excess of $100 million of capital through both debt and equity financings, and was instrumental in developing the Company’s portfolio of oil and gas assets. Mr. Boehnke has been an officer and director of numerous public companies including Mitra Energy Inc., Woodbridge Energy Ltd. and Dynasty Metals and Mining Inc. He holds a BSc from the University of Toronto.

English
Mr. English has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and has held numerous senior roles at investment banks including CIBC and Salman Partners.
Mr. English has provided financial solutions for both small and large cap companies across all business sectors. During his career he has been involved in transactions across the entire capital structure, including financings (debt, equity, IPO) and mergers and acquisition advisory assignments in Canada, South America and the United States.

Choboter
Mrs. Choboter has 40 years of international experience in financial management and corporate governance. She has held senior financial management positions across a variety of industries, including natural resources, technology, pulp and paper, and insurance.
She earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a CPA, CA.

Devine
Mr. Devine is the principal of CDM Capital Partners, a firm that provides corporate finance advisory services to private and public companies. Mr. Devine also acts as a director and/or officer to a number of junior public companies in the natural resource and technology sectors, with completed transactions including the sale of Centric Energy Corp’s Eastern African assets to Africa Oil Corp.; and the reverse takeover and listing of K92 Mining Inc.
Mr. Devine is qualified as a barrister and solicitor in British Columbia and in England & Wales and previously practiced exclusively in the areas of corporate finance and securities law in Vancouver and London, England.
